We hope you are fully satisfied with your Santa Amalia purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging (the shipping cost is not refundable).
To request a return, please log into your account and follow the following steps:
1. Go to the account logo on the menu or go to www.account.santamalia.co
2. Sign in with your purchase mail
3. Enter the verification code that you have received in the introduced mail 
4. Select the order you want to return and click on the button "Request Return"
5. Select the reason for the return and click on the button "Request Return"
6. Your return request will be reviewed by our team, and you will receive a label for completing the return.
SPAIN
- Returns cost Iberian Peninsula: €4.90
- Exchanges cost Iberian Peninsula: €2.95
- Returns and exchanges cost Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: €8.90
EUROPEAN UNION
- Returns cost: €12
- Exchanges cost: €5
Only one exchange per order is accepted. Returns of previously exchanged items will not be accepted.
REST OF WORLD
- Returns & exchanges cost: €15 – €22 depending on the region.
- The package must be delivered to a FedEx office, or a home pickup can be arranged at no additional cost.
- Items must be deposited for return within 15 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
Promotional Items:
If your order included a free promotional item (e.g. a gift or bonus item), this must also be returned in its original condition along with the main product.
If the promotional item is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its value from your refund.
