Welcome to Santa Amalia. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern access to and use of our website, as well as purchases made through our online store. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

By using this website and placing orders through it, you declare that:

Orders that fail to meet these requirements may be canceled.
This website may contain links to third-party content, which is provided solely for information. Santa Amalia holds no responsibility for external websites or their content.
We only sell official Santa Amalia products through our official website: https://www.santaamalia.co. We are not responsible for any counterfeit products sold through other platforms.
3. Order Process & Sale Agreement
To place an order:
- Browse our collections and select your items.
- Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Apply any valid promotional codes or gift cards.
- Review your order, complete payment, and place the order.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not imply acceptance. A sale is formalized only upon shipment confirmation, which will specify the items being sent.
We reserve the right not to accept orders in the event of:
- Errors in product or pricing information.
- Stock shortages or unavailability.
- Incomplete or fraudulent data.
- Orders placed in high volumes that appear speculative.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. However, you may request a return after receiving your items, as described in our Returns Policy.
4. Product Availability
All product listings are subject to stock availability. In the event of unavailability after purchase, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.
We reserve the right to remove or alter products at any time without prior notice.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs will be added during checkout.
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and others as indicated at checkout.
In case of pricing errors, you will be contacted and given the option to confirm or cancel the order. If no response is received, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
Payment authorization is required from your financial institution before order fulfillment. Santa Amalia shall not be held responsible for any failure in authorization.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide, except to countries restricted due to legal or logistical reasons. Estimated delivery times and shipping rates are detailed during checkout.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
Delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to external factors such as weather, customs inspections, or holidays.
7. Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order.
To request a return:
- Use the return form on our website.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy (e.g., damaged or stained items).
For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product.
8. Product Description
We strive to ensure all product images and descriptions are accurate. However, colors may vary depending on screen calibration. Please refer to the written specifications for final confirmation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website—including images, graphics, logos, typography, and product designs—is the exclusive property of Santa Amalia and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Santa Amalia shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Delays in shipping due to external factors
- Website outages or technical issues
- Unforeseen product discontinuation
- Force majeure events (strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, etc.)
Our total liability in connection with any product shall not exceed its purchase price.
11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute related to the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, Spain, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer regulations.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of any updated Terms.
