Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. From that moment, our team will begin preparing your shipment so that it reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

You will also receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery times listed below, please contact us at contact@santamalia.eu and include your order number. We will review the case and do our best to provide a solution as soon as possible.

Santa Amalia is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before finalizing your purchase.

During collection launches, promotional campaigns, Black Friday, or Christmas, delivery times may experience slight delays due to high volume or external circumstances.

In most cases, duties and taxes are already included in the final price. However, in certain destinations outside the European Union, local authorities may apply customs fees or import taxes.

These costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

If your package is held at customs or if you are asked to pay additional charges, please contact us at contact@santamalia.eu and we will assist you directly.

In the rare event that your order cannot be fulfilled or shipped due to restrictions, stock issues, or other unforeseen reasons, we will notify you within 24 working hours and refund the full amount using your original payment method.
